DIY End Tables

DIY

Another weekend, another project crossed off the list! Almost 3 whole years with my beloved living room sectional, and believe it or not, we’ve been just as long without a side table. I’ve always wanted a set of c-shaped tables, but couldn’t find a set that I loved. Everything either looked cheap, came with an absurd price tag, or just wasn’t the right for our space.

I had all but given up hope until Caleb convinced me that we already had all of the materials on hand to make our own. Using wood scraps from the dining room table, and leftover metal tubing from the light fixture, wait, wut?

If you missed the story of how we came to acquire a welder, let me refresh your memory. To put it simply, I was bamboozled. I thought we were going to Target for some Ben & Jerry’s Peanut Butter World. But instead, I found myself standing in front of what I was told was a welder and a coupon wielding Caleb. While I had reservations initially, I think we can all agree Caleb was right and it was a solid investment!

A little creativity, a few measurements, and we were in business! I mean, can you even?

Chalk up another W for Caleb and his creativity! Lord knows none of these projects would come to fruition without him. If you don’t have your own handyman, here are 2 similar c-shaped tables options, both under $75 with great reviews!

What project can I dream up next?! Stay tuned!

Yours Truly,
J
